Registering for Online Services
The easiest way to speak to your GP, and to manage your appointments and prescriptions.
You can access a variety of services online through PATCHS and Patient Access without having to phone or visit our practice.

This will help you take more control of your health, particularly planning ahead for appointments and checking when you were last issued your medications.
PATCHS and Patient Access work in the web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. They both also have an app for iOS and Android.
You can register for PATCHS on their website.
After that you can access it via our homepage, or by bookmarking the PATCHS website, or by downloading the mobile app.
Come to reception to collect a registration form. If you're the parent of a child aged under 12, you can also collect a proxy registration form to use online services in their name.
Simply complete the form(s) and bring into the surgery with two forms of Identification.
Our reception team will process the form and give you your personal login details and password. You will then be able to log in and access online services straight away.

We look closely at all applications to make sure they are genuine. Access can be withdrawn at any time if we have concerns about patient confidentiality.
